The
Heartful Plates Club

A meal support group providing virtual connection for anyone in need of a food positive, inclusive environment to connect with others while on their healing journey.

The group leader will offer grounding exercises, engage in lighthearted conversations free of judgment or diet-talk, and encourage intention setting before the session completes.

Each month registration is a closed group cohort of 4 sessions. If you have just missed the sign up for the current month, please register for the upcoming group! Reach out with any questions.

Meetings:

  • Open to anyone with an outpatient team or/are on a waiting list for providers.

  • Participants do not need to have an eating disorder/disordered eating diagnosis to receive support.

  • This is not intended as a substitute for medical nutrition therapy and will be billed through private pay. 

  • Pre-registration is required.


I acknowledge that sessions with the Heartful Plate Club are non-clinical support groups and not a substitute for individualized medical nutrition therapy by a registered dietitian. I understand that information shared in the HPC group is confidential and all participants are expected to uphold privacy & respect for others.
